Identified - Our software vendor, Cloudflare is continuing to have service issues. We are preparing to implement a temporary solution until we are confident that Cloudflare has completely resolved their issues.

Resolved - Customers have reported receiving 525 errors during gateway connection requests for about 30 minutes. The issue was tied to a third-party software vendor that is used in providing network security in a section of our environments. The issue has been resolved.

Scheduled - This notice is to inform our customers that due to our upcoming environment improvements, we will be performing several preparatory service updates over the next few weeks on July 2nd, 2019 and July 9th, 2019 between the hours of 4AM - 6AM EST. The changes on July 2nd are not expected to cause service interruption but we want to inform our customers in the event unforeseen issues occur. The second planned update on July 9th will cause delayed responses within a 15 minute period during the maintenance window due to propagation.
